Here are a few stories to read this Sunday morning.

• Slate delves into the thorny issue of race in audiobook narration. 
• Internet Archive Chief Pirate Officer Brewster Kahle has been named to the LOC’s copyright modernization committee.
• What if cleaning your house is an essential part of the writing process? 
• It’s really funny watching people lose their shit over Amazon following a retail industry SOP.  It’s also not a new story even for Amazon. 
• Despite what some are saying, Google isn’t actually reducing its commission on ebook sales from 30% to 15%. (Also, the commission was not a flat  30% before, so the misinterpretation doesn’t make a lick of sense.)
• The company names may have changed but these scams are eternal. 
• Mike Shatzkin thinks that enterprise self-publishing (companies publishing books in support of their main business) is the next big thing in book publishing.  I would note that it’s been around for well over a decade (there are more entrepreneurs self-publishing their own books than you’d think).
