You want to get your message out to the world rather than spend time taking care of your website, so why not let me do it?

My three main services are web design, coaching, and helping you keep your site up and running. The exact tasks I perform for you will vary depending on what you need to get done.

Website Concierge

They say you can’t put a price on peace of mind, but I think you can. For a flat monthly fee, I will fix any bugs that crop up on your website, and I will also handle all software updates, backups, and security.

I can even update your site’s content (as requested), connect the site to mailing lists, and install things like FB Pixels.

Virtual IT

I want you to spend your time doing something you like doing, like writing a book. That’s why I offer a service where I take care of all your tech problems except fixing your computer.

It doesn’t matter whether you want a newsletter template designed, email troubleshooting, some service set up, I will take care of it.

Web Design

Do you want an outstanding new site? I will make your vision a reality by building you a site that works great and looks amazing.

Let me focus on building your site so you can focus on finding your next reader.

A typical author website costs $1,400 to $1,600. I do also have a single-page site option.

Coaching and Training

Authors need to learn 101 tech skills just to survive in the current market, but who has the time for that?

Let me show you how to do stuff.  I can teach you anything from publishing a blog post to how to use Mailerlite or set up WordPress.

I can also help you figure out how you want to design your website.

Website Refresh

If your website is getting a little long in the tooth, I can help.  It doesn’t matter whether it’s a small issue like that one pesky bug that won’t go away, or your mailing list forms stopped working, or your site needs a complete overhaul, I can take care of it.

What do you get when you work with me?

You’ll get someone who has encountered the same web problems you have, and who has helped lots of people find solutions to their tech headaches.

And more importantly, you’ll get the level of tech support you want and need. Do you just want to point me at a problem, and tell me to deal with it? I can do that. Or do you want to pick my brain so you can solve the problem yourself? That works for me too.

In terms of communication tools, I prefer email and phone over Slack and other social media. When it comes to sharing files and notes, email or Google Docs is fine.

If you would like us to work together, please feel free to reach out.
