Here’s an interesting copyright case where a guy who was successfully sued in Canada for pirating a Canadian legal code (they’re under copyright in Canada) is currently winning a similar case here in the USA (where legal codes can’t be copyrighted).
Someone is impersonating the Writer beware blog, and we don’t know why.
Bowker released their annual reports on ISBNs registered in the USA.
HarperCollins is pressuring authors is pressuring authors to sign over their books so they can be fed to the AI spam machines.
