Here are a few stories to read this morning.
- Creators won a key fight in the lawsuit against AI image generators.
- There’s a new startup which uses AI to summarize books. You should check it out before it runs out of money (or gets sued into oblivion). D&D owner Wizards of the Coast sent out copies of the new Player’s Handbook to reviewers, and then reported anyone who mentioned it on Youtube for copyright infringement. (What is this, 2008?)
- Pocketbook’s new ereader costs 169 euros and sports a color E-ink screen.
- Jonathan Bailey digs into the question to who should have access to plagiarism checking tools.
P.S. If you will be Nashville TN this week or next, come find me at the Killer Nashville conference or at Bouchercon.
